- 1 loaf French bread ($1.50)
- 1 cup shredded cheese* ($1.25)
- 1/8 tsp crushed pink pepper ($0.02)
- 1/8 tsp freshly cracked black pepper ($0.01)

Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Slice the mushrooms, then add them to a skillet with 1 Tbsp olive oil, 1 clove minced garlic, ⅛ tsp salt, and ⅛ tsp pepper. Sauté the mushrooms over medium warmth till they’ve softened and all the water has evaporated out of the skillet.
